Position: Principal
We are looking for an accomplished educational leader with a proven track record in school administration, academic excellence, staff development, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the school.
- Ensure effective implementation of the ICSE curriculum and academic standards.
- Lead and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff to achieve excellence.
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- Drive student achievement, holistic development, and innovation in teaching-learning practices.
- Oversee school operations, compliance, admissions, and parent relations.
- Build strong partnerships with students, parents, staff, and the community.
- Ensure adherence to all statutory, board, and child safety requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree with B.Ed./M.Ed. from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Principal/Vice Principal/Academic Head in a CISCE (ICSE/ISC) or CBSE affiliated school.
- Strong understanding of curriculum planning, school administration, and educational leadership.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive academic excellence, and manage school operations effectively.
- Knowledge of NEP 2020 implementation and modern educational practices will be an added advantage.
