Service Desk Trainer – Full-Time | Thane

Job Title: Service Desk Trainer
Location: Thane
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver Service Desk training to students using industry-relevant content and practical exercises.
Train learners on IT Service Management (ITSM), ticketing tools, incident management, and customer support processes.
Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and provide continuous feedback to improve learner performance.
Track student progress, maintain training records, and ensure timely completion of batches.
Collaborate with internal teams to align training with industry requirements and placement goals.

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience as a Service Desk Trainer or in an IT Service Desk/Technical Support role.
Strong knowledge of ITIL concepts, ticketing tools, Windows OS, MS Office, Active Directory, and basic networking.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Graduate in any discipline.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per year
