Job Title : CEO – Panipat Home Textile Products Business

Reporting To: Managing Director / Board of Directors
Job Purpose :
To lead and drive the overall growth, profitability, and strategic direction of the Panipat home textile products business by strengthening operations, expanding domestic and export markets, improving customer relationships, and ensuring sustainable business performance.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Business Leadership :
- Develop and execute long-term business strategies for the Panipat home textile division
- Drive overall business growth, profitability, and market expansion
- Identify new business opportunities, product segments, and market trends
- Ensure alignment of business operations with organizational goals and vision
2. Sales & Marketing Growth :
- Lead domestic and export business development initiatives
- Strengthen relationships with key buyers, retailers, importers, and sourcing agencies
- Expand market presence across home textile and made-up product categories
- Develop strategies to improve revenue generation and customer acquisition
3. Operations & Production Management :
- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing and operational performance
- Ensure efficient production planning, quality standards, and timely deliveries
- Optimize operational efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization
- Monitor production costs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
4. Financial & Profitability Management :
- Drive profitability through effective cost control and strategic planning
- Review budgets, sales forecasts, and financial performance regularly
- Monitor contribution margins, operational costs, and overall business performance
- Support pricing strategies and commercial decision-making
5. Product Development & Innovation :
- Work closely with product development, design, and merchandising teams
- Promote development of innovative and market-driven home textile products
- Ensure alignment of product collections with international market trends
- Encourage continuous product improvement and diversification
6. Customer & Business Relationship Management :
- Build strong relationships with major domestic and international customers
- Lead high-level customer negotiations and commercial discussions
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality, service, and timely execution
- Handle key strategic accounts and long-term business partnerships
7. Team Leadership & Organizational Development :
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across marketing, operations, and merchandising
- Build a high-performance and result-oriented work culture Strengthen organizational capabilities and leadership development
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across departments
8. Compliance & Process Improvement :
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and company policies
- Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
- Support implementation of ERP systems and business automation processes
- Promote quality, sustainability, and ethical business practices

Experience Requirement :
- Minimum 15 years of experience in textile / home textile industry
- Strong experience in managing large-scale home textile businesses
- Proven leadership experience in domestic and export markets preferred

Qualifications Required :
