Quality Manager – CNC Machining Industry

Location: Surajpur Site C, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹90,000 per month
Industry: CNC Machining Manufacturing

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Quality Manager to lead and strengthen quality assurance and quality control functions within a CNC machining manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, compliance with industry standards, process improvements, customer satisfaction, and effective implementation of quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with customer and company standards.
Manage customer complaints, corrective actions, and preventive actions (CAPA).
Conduct quality inspections, audits, and process reviews for CNC machined components.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other applicable quality standards.
Analyze quality performance data and prepare management reports.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor supplier quality performance and incoming material inspections.
Lead, mentor, and develop quality inspection teams.
Implement root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies to improve manufacturing performance.
Maintain quality documentation, SOPs, quality manuals, and process records.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of CNC machining quality standards and inspection practices.
Expertise in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC).
Thorough understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and quality management systems.
Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Statistical Process Control (SPC) and quality data analysis.
Knowledge of measuring instruments, GD&T, machining drawings, and tolerances.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Excellent documentation, reporting, and audit management abilities.
Data-driven decision-making and trend analysis capabilities.

Eligibility Criteria

8–10 years of experience in the CNC Machining Manufacturing Industry.
Proven experience managing quality functions independently.
Bachelor's Degree / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of machining drawings, tolerances, and inspection methods.
Experience handling customer quality requirements and supplier quality management.
