Job Title: Welder (TIG / MIG / Arc)
Location: Greater Noida
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Welder responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components using TIG, MIG, and Arc welding processes. The candidate should be able to read drawings, ensure high-quality welds, and maintain safety standards in a fast-paced fabrication environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG, MIG, and Arc welding as per job requirements
- Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication details
- Fabricate components such as:
- Sheet metal parts
- Brackets, frames, structures
- Cabinets, trays, inserts, etc.
- Ensure proper finishing and minimal distortion during welding
- Carry out grinding, finishing, and fit-up work
- Inspect welds for strength, accuracy, and quality
- Maintain tools, welding machines, and consumables properly
- Follow shop floor safety practices at all times
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience: 2–8 years in welding (fabrication industry preferred)
- Hands-on experience in:
- TIG welding (SS preferred)
- MIG welding
- Arc welding
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Knowledge of welding symbols and joint types
- Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication is a plus
- Basic understanding of fit-up and tolerances

Additional Advantage (Good to Have):
- Experience in powder-coated products fabrication
