About the Company: Divine Force I India is a professional services company providing dedicated business and operational support to international clients. This position will support Boulder Construction, a U.S.-based construction company specializing primarily in hotel and residential construction projects.
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and dedicated Human Resources (HR) Associate to support the company's internal HR operations and employee lifecycle.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys managing HR processes, has strong communication skills, and is willing to take ownership of human resources and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibility

Support HR activities including recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave records, and employee communication.
Assist in preparing offer letters, experience letters, HR communications, policies, and other employee-related documents.
Maintain organized employee and HR records while ensuring strict confidentiality.
Assist with employee engagement activities, internal communications, and company events.
Support management with HR-related research, reports, and documentation.
Handle various internal administrative assignments as required by management.
Coordinate with different departments and follow up on assigned HR tasks to ensure timely completion.
Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows and internal employee processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant HR experience are preferred.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic administrative tools is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
Professional communication skills and ability to work with a U.S.-based team.
General Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST.
Other Employees Shift: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Work From Office) followed by 11:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Work From Home).
