Location: Valsad

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Timing :

Monday-Friday : 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (8:00 PM to 9:00 PM Dinner Break) Saturday : 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM ( 1PM to 1:30 PM Lunch Break )

Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Associate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
Screening Resumes: Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conducting Interviews: Perform initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various platforms.
Applicant Tracking: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand through various initiatives and events.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
