Qualification:

ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) – MSBTE (Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education)
Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) preferred
2–5 years of construction safety experience (Fresh ADIS candidates may also apply for trainee roles)
Knowledge of Indian safety regulations and construction safety practices. ADIS is a recognized qualification for safety professionals in relevant industrial contexts.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
Monitor work permits including:
Hot Work Permit
Work at Height Permit
Excavation Permit
Confined Space Entry Permit
Electrical Isolation (LOTO)
Conduct toolbox talks and safety induction for employees, contractors, and visitors.
Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
Carry out risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
Inspect scaffolding, lifting operations, cranes, ladders, and excavation activities.
Ensure fire prevention measures and emergency response readiness.
Coordinate emergency drills and first-aid arrangements.
Maintain HSE records, registers, inspection reports, and statutory documentation.
Monitor contractor safety performance and ensure compliance with site safety procedures.
Promote a positive safety culture across the project.
