At Theja Wellness, we redefine luxury wellness through exceptional hospitality, personalized care, and premium spa experiences. We are seeking a polished, professional, and customer-focused Spa Manager and Guest Relations Executive to join our elite wellness team in Goregaon West, Mumbai.

The ideal candidate is confident, well-groomed, articulate, and passionate about luxury hospitality. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a calm, welcoming, and premium experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and elegance
Manage appointments, bookings, and guest inquiries efficiently
Maintain high standards of customer service and spa presentation
Coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
Handle calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and front desk operations professionally
Promote spa services, memberships, and wellness packages
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and luxury ambiance at the reception area
Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional hospitality

Candidate Profile

Age between 20–30 years
Male or Female candidates welcome
Well-groomed, presentable, and professional personality
Polite, confident, and customer-friendly attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in spa, salon, hospitality, luxury retail, or customer service preferred
Basic computer and appointment management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury wellness environment
