Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Executive with 4–6 years of experience to independently handle day-to-day accounting and administrative activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting processes, GST/TDS, MS Excel, and office administration.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance

Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including receipts, payments, purchases, expenses, and journal entries.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment documents.
Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
Monitor Accounts Payable and Receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Prepare basic MIS and financial reports for management.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and vendors.
Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
Ensure timely completion of routine accounting activities.

Required Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
4–6 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Administration.
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Experience in Tally / ERP / accounting software.

Required Skills

Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience with Tally / ERP.
Good understanding of GST and TDS.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Professional, responsible, and proactive approach.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with 4–6 years of combined Accounts & Administration experience will be preferred.
Candidates who can independently manage routine accounts and administrative activities.
Experience in a corporate office environment will be an added advantage.
Should be responsible, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
