Key Roles & Responsibilities

Patient Care
Provide daily nursing care to patients.
Monitor vital signs such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and oxygen levels.
Assist patients with personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
Medication Administration
Administer prescribed medicines and injections.
Maintain accurate medication records.
Monitor patients for any adverse reactions to medications.
Medical Support
Assist doctors during examinations and treatments.
Prepare patients for medical procedures.
Collect samples for laboratory tests when required.
Patient Monitoring
Observe and record patient conditions and progress.
Report any changes in patient health to the doctor immediately.
Maintain nursing notes and patient records.
Emergency Care
Respond promptly to medical emergencies.
Provide first aid and basic life support when necessary.
Coordinate with doctors and emergency teams.
Infection Control
Follow hospital infection-control policies.
Ensure cleanliness of patient areas and medical equipment.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately.
Patient & Family Education
Educate patients and family members on treatment plans.
Provide guidance on medication, diet, and follow-up care.
Offer emotional support and counseling when needed.
Administrative Duties
Maintain patient records and nursing documentation.
Prepare shift handover reports.
Ensure adequate availability of medical supplies.
