Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily production activities to ensure adherence to quality and food safety standards
Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished goods inspection
Implement and maintain HACCP, GMP, GHP, and SOPs in the facility
Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other regulatory standards
Perform routine quality checks, sampling, and documentation
Handle non-conformance and take corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Maintain records related to quality audits and inspections
Conduct internal audits and assist during external audits
Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices in the factory and stores
Coordinate with production and operations teams for quality improvement
Provide training to staff on quality and food safety practices

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, FSSAI)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Basic knowledge of microbiological testing (preferred)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Dairy Technology or related field
3–5 years of experience in QA/QC in food industry (Freshers can be considered for junior roles)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
