Job Overview

We are seeking an organized Office Administration Manager to oversee daily office operations. You will serve as the backbone of our workplace, ensuring a seamless, safe, and productive environment for our team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who excels at vendor negotiation, facility management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Office & Facility Operations

Maintain daily office upkeep, cleanliness, and general workplace safety.
Coordinate repairs, structural maintenance, and emergency protocols.
Manage office layouts, seating arrangements, and meeting room schedules.
Travel Bookings and Hotel Bookings
Should know to ride 2-wheeler (With License)

2. Procurement & Vendor Management

Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with external service vendors.
Oversee inventory levels for office stationery, tech assets, and pantry supplies.
Review vendor performance periodically to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.

3. Team Leadership & Support

Supervise, mentor, and schedule front-office executives and administrative assistants.
Assist HR with onboarding logistics for new hires (desks, badges, welcome kits).
Act as the primary point of contact for internal employee workplace requests.

4. Budgeting & Compliance

Track monthly administrative spend against the department budget.
Process utility invoices, service bills, and expense reports accurately.
Ensure office policies align with local health, safety, and labor regulations.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 5-10 years of experience in office administration or facility management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and office management software.
Attributes: Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
