Full job description

JOB INTRODUCTION:

A Career Guide supports individuals in making informed career choices by offering personalized advice on career paths, skill development, and job market trends. They assess clients' strengths and interests to recommend suitable career options and educational programs. Career Guides work with students, graduates, and professionals seeking career growth or change. Strong counseling and communication skills are key to helping clients achieve their career goals. Responsible for the end-to-end student admission cycle

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Evaluates student recruitment techniques by determining the effectiveness of each recruitment technique.
Welcomes prospective students by processing paperwork; interviewing applicants; conducting follow-up activities such as emails and phone-calling campaigns.
Handling of student enquiries effectively.
Explaining the candidate about the available IT courses and its payment plans and resolving their doubts and queries accordingly.
Following up with the candidate for joining the course/ programme and for the payment.
Making follow up calls for due payments from the candidates.
Timely updation and scheduling of upcoming batches to all the concerned team members, trainers and students.
Achieving targets set by the Branch Manager.
Maintain a MIS of the students who have taken admissions or have done enquiries
Develops a healthy alumni network and arranges for student interactive sessions.
Maintains recruiting operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Enhances admissions department and institute reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests for admissions.
Any other work allotted by the management.

JOB QUALIFICATION & SKILL SETS:

A bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, human resources, education, or a related field. A master’s degree or certifications in career counseling is a plus.
Experience in career counseling, coaching, HR, or a related field is often preferred.
Certifications in career guidance or coaching (e.g., Certified Career Counselor) can be beneficial.
Excellent verbal and written communication to provide clear guidance and support.
Ability to present services effectively, address client concerns, and encourage commitment to career guidance programs.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
