Full job description

USI Global Recruitment is an international recruitment agency specializing in connecting skilled and qualified professionals with employment opportunities abroad. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Director / Operations Head to lead and manage our sales operations across all India branches. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in sales and operations management, and the ability to manage a large team while consistently achieving business and sales targets.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring the performance of all branches, developing sales strategies, managing branch teams, driving revenue growth, and ensuring that organizational targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the sales and operational activities of all India branches.
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of approximately 60+ employees across different branches.
Set Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenuetargets for branches and teams.
Monitor branch-wise performance and ensure consistent achievement of targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business development plans.
Regularly review sales reports, branch performance, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Identify underperforming branches and take corrective actions to improve results.
Work closely with Branch Managers and Team Leaders to improve productivity and performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to the sales team.
Ensure that all branches follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Handle high-pressure situations and ensure that the team remains focused on achieving targets.
Take responsibility for overall team performance, revenue generation, and business growth.
Analyse market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Develop initiatives to improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and overall sales performance.
Coordinate with senior management and provide regular updates on branch performance and business results.
Prepare and present MIS reports, sales reports, and performance reports to management.
Identify challenges in branch operations and implement practical solutions.
Build a strong performance-driven culture across all branches.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between the head office and branches.
Take ownership of overall sales and operational performance across India.
Must be able to visit all our branches in India and overseas.

Required Skills & Qualifications

15+ years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, Operations, Zonal Manager, Country Manager level experience preferred.
Proven experience in managing multiple branches or locations.
Strong experience in team handling and leadership, preferably managing 50+ team members.
Proven track record of achieving individual, team, and organizational sales targets.
Strong ability to work under pressure and manage challenging business situations.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to monitor performance and take quick corrective actions when required.
Strong knowledge of sales processes, target management, and performance monitoring.
Ability to motivate, train, and develop team members.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to travel between branches when required.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
