Job Title: Centre Head – Pre-Primary School

Location: Building No. 8, Near Saki Vihar Complex Road, Opp. Mercedes Showroom, Ansa Industrial Estate, Chandivali, Saki Naka, Mumbai – 400072
Reporting To: Managing Director
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

Gopal Sharma Blooming Buds is looking for a dynamic and responsible Centre Head to manage the overall functioning of the Pre-Primary Centre. The candidate will be responsible for admissions, daily operations, academic coordination, staff supervision, and parent communication while ensuring a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions & Parent Interaction

Handle the entire admission process, including counselling prospective parents and conducting school visits.
Manage admission enquiries, follow-ups, and conversion of leads into admissions.
Build strong relationships with parents and address queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
Organize orientation sessions and parent meetings.

Academic Coordination

Ensure effective implementation of the pre-primary curriculum.
Guide and monitor teachers’ lesson planning and classroom activities.
Conduct classroom observations and provide academic guidance to teachers.
Plan and execute learning activities, events, and celebrations for students.

Operations Management

Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the centre.
Ensure safety, hygiene, and discipline across classrooms and common areas.
Coordinate with administration, housekeeping, and support staff for smooth operations.

Staff Management

Supervise and support teachers, assistant teachers, and non-teaching staff.
Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
Monitor staff performance and maintain a positive and collaborative work culture.

Event Planning & Engagement

Plan and manage school events, theme days, competitions, and celebrations.
Encourage student participation in creative, cultural, and developmental activities.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain academic and administrative records.
Prepare periodic reports for management.
Ensure proper documentation related to students, staff, and centre operations.

Required Qualifications

Graduate or Postgraduate in Education / Early Childhood Education
B.Ed / ECCEd / Montessori training preferred

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Pre-Primary or Early Childhood Education
Experience in school administration or centre coordination preferred

Key Skills

Strong communication and counselling skills
Leadership and team management ability
Good organizational and operational management skills
Ability to handle parents, staff, and children effectively
Passion for early childhood education

Preferred Candidate Profile

Patient, responsible, and child-friendly personality
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
