We're Hiring: Plant Admin Executive / Officer- Department: HR & Administration Reporting To: HR Head.Are you an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with experience in plant administration? Join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth factory operations, employee welfare, facility management, and statutory compliance.Key Responsibilities✅ Manage day-to-day plant administrative operations✅ Oversee housekeeping, security, canteen, transportation, and facility maintenance✅ Ensure employee welfare and resolve administrative concerns✅ Maintain statutory records, licenses, permits, and compliance documentation✅ Coordinate audits, inspections, and visits from government authorities✅ Manage vendors, service contracts, and administrative procurement activities✅ Process vendor bills and maintain accurate records✅ Monitor company assets, utilities, inventory, and infrastructure✅ Support workplace safety, environmental, and occupational health compliance✅ Collaborate with Production, HR, Quality, Stores, Merchandising, and Finance teamsQualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any relevant discipline Certification in Administration, HR, Industrial Relations, or Factory Management will be an added advantageExperience 1–4 years of experience in Plant/Factory Administration, preferably within the Garments, Textile, Apparel, or Manufacturing industryKey Skills Factory Administration Labor Law Compliance Vendor & Facility Management Documentation & Record Keeping MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) Communication & Interpersonal Skills Problem-Solving & Team Coordination Time ManagementWhy Join Us?✨ Dynamic work environment✨Growth and learning opportunities✨ Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in plant operations Interested candidates are invited to share their updated CV at Email ID [email protected],Mobile -7605022539 with the subject line: "Application for Plant Admin Executive / Officer"
