URGENT HIRING Furnace Operator (Non-Recovery Type Coke Oven)

Location: Kolkata, India
Joining: Immediate

We are looking for an experienced professional for the position of Furnace Operator – Non-Recovery Type Coke Oven.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the operation of Non-Recovery Type Coke Oven furnaces.
Relevant Engineering Degree/Diploma.
Strong knowledge of furnace operations and related processes.
Candidate must possess a valid passport.
Willingness to attend training programs as required.
Immediate joining preferred.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Furnace Operations Executive to manage and monitor furnace operations in our charcoal manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in carbonization, furnace temperature control, production processes, and quality consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor carbonization and furnace systems.
Maintain furnace temperature, heating cycles, and process parameters.
Ensure consistent quality of charcoal products.
Monitor fuel consumption and optimize furnace efficiency.
Coordinate with production and quality teams.
Maintain production records and operating logs.
Identify process issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and plant procedures.
Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
Participate in technical training programs, including international training assignments.

Preferred Candidates:

Candidates from Kolkata, Tamil Nadu, or Kerala.
Experience in hookah charcoal, coconut charcoal, biomass briquettes, or activated carbon industries.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
