Position Overview
The Centre Coordinator is a key member of the Cucoon team and serves as the first point of contact for prospective and existing families.
This role combines admissions coordination, parent engagement, centre operations, and classroom support. The ideal candidate is warm, organised, proactive, and confident in communicating Cucoon's philosophy and learning approach to parents.
The Centre Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring a seamless experience for children, families, and educators while supporting enrolment growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Parent Engagement
· Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries received through phone, email, social media, website, and walk-ins.
· Conduct personalised centre tours for prospective families.
· Clearly communicate Cucoon's philosophy, curriculum, programmes, and learning environment.
· Maintain accurate enquiry, follow-up, and admissions records.
· Build strong relationships with prospective parents and guide them through the admissions process.
· Follow up consistently to maximise enquiry-to-admission conversions.
· Support admission drives, open houses, coffee mornings, and parent engagement events.
· Work towards centre enrolment and occupancy goals.
Learning & Classroom Support
· Support teachers and classrooms whenever required.
· Assist in implementing play-based, inquiry-led learning experiences.
· Help prepare learning materials and classroom environments.
· Support documentation, displays, and classroom organisation.
· Ensure children's safety, well-being, and comfort at all times.
· Uphold Cucoon's standards of nurturing, child-centred learning.
Centre Operations
· Support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre.
· Maintain parent communication records and administrative documentation.
· Coordinate inventory requirements, classroom resources, stationery, and consumables.
· Support vendor coordination and centre administration as required.
· Ensure centre readiness, cleanliness, safety, and operational standards are maintained.
· Assist the Reporting Head at HO with reports, documentation, and operational follow-ups.
Extended Care & Parent Support
· Support the smooth functioning of the extended care programme.
· Ensure accurate attendance and pick-up records are maintained.
· Build positive relationships with parents during arrival and dispersal.
· Ensure all children remain safe, engaged, and well cared for until pick-up.
Desired Skills & Competencies
Essential
· Graduate in any discipline.
· 3–5 years of experience in admissions, preschool operations, customer engagement, hospitality, education, or related fields.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organisational and follow-up abilities.
· Confident in interacting with parents and families.
· Comfortable using technology, school management systems, and communication platforms.
· Positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
Preferred
· Experience in a preschool, school, childcare centre, or early learning environment.
· Knowledge of EYFS, Reggio Emilia, Montessori, or play-based learning approaches.
· Experience in admissions counselling or parent relationship management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
