Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant Executive to join our team. We are seeking a candidate who is eager to learn, has strong accounting fundamentals, and possesses good computer and communication skills.

Accountant Job Profile

Work experience: 5 years minimum handling accounts of a firm.
Skills Required: Tally & MS office.
Other requisites: Married

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt and journal vouchers.
Maintain accounting records and financial documentation.
Assist with invoicing, reconciliations and basic accounting reports.
Handle professional email communication with customers, vendors and internal teams.
Maintain organized digital and physical records.
Budgeting and forecasting: They work with management to develop budgets and provide financial forecasts for the organization.
Taxation: They ensure compliance with tax laws by preparing and filing tax returns, and advising on tax planning and liability.
Auditing: They may perform internal audits to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial records, and assist with external audits.
Financial analysis: They analyse financial data to provide insights into the financial health of an organization and make recommendations for improvement.
Financial reporting: They prepare regular financial reports for management and stakeholders, including shareholders and regulatory agencies.
Compliance: They ensure the organization complies with financial regulations, standards, and laws.

Requirements

B.Com (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
3 - 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role. Exceptional freshers with strong aptitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
Good knowledge of Tally.
Basic English communication skills (written and spoken).
Good email drafting and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and general computer applications.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
