Full job description

Milani Electric & Solar is one of Canada’s largest and leading Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning company. We solve all your plumbing, heating, air conditioning, drainage, electrical and solar needs. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Accounting Coordinator to join our dynamic team in India! As a member of our team, you will be working for a well-established Canadian company, providing top-notch customer support and data entry services.

We are looking for candidates with strong data entry skills, accounting knowledge, and excellent English communication abilities. If you are highly organized, accurate, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment, we would love to hear from you.

Position Details:

Location: Delhi, India
Work Schedule: In-office position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Answering customer phone calls for emergency plumbing, heating, and AC services
Calmly and effectively guide customers through their needs and ensure they get the help they need as quickly as possible
Helping customers with any questions or listen to concerns they have
Learning product knowledge and developing an understanding about plumbing, heating & ac to guide the customer effectively and ensure you can relay accurate information to them
Assisting with processing invoices, receipts, and payments
Recording and maintaining accurate financial and customer records
Supporting accounts receivable tasks, including following up on outstanding invoices
Reconciling daily transactions and ensuring billing accuracy
Entering data such as customer information, work completed, technician hours into the system
Providing excellent service to customers during all situations
Ensuring all data is accurate and updated in a timely manner
Send invoices to customers
Any other duties set by Management

Qualifications:

1-2 years of data entry experience, preferably with an accounting background
Strong English communication skills (required), both written and verbal
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage emergency calls efficiently
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks at once
Knowledge about plumbing, heating and air conditioning is an asset
Good typing skills

Salary Range: ₹40,000–₹60,000 per month, depending on qualifications and relevant industry experience
