Job Description:
Augurs Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI/ML Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and artificial intelligence solutions to solve complex problems and enhance our products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into our applications and drive data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication (EC), Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology (IT), or an equivalent field. Candidates with substantial relevant work experience will also be considered.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, data mining, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering successful data-driven solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning, information retrieval, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP) concepts.
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages such as Python, Java, Scala, and R.
- Experience with SQL, Linux shell scripts, Perl, and AWK.
- Familiarity with ETL tools and big data technologies such as Perl and Pig.
- Hands-on experience with tools and frameworks used for data science and machine learning, including Java, SQL, and Python.
- Expertise in at least two industry domains, demonstrating the ability to apply data science techniques effectively within different business contexts.
- Comprehensive understanding of Business Intelligence (BI), including data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting tools.
- Extensive experience working with large data sets, including statistical analysis, data visualization, data mining, and data cleansing/transformation.
- Strong understanding of various machine learning concepts such as supervised and unsupervised learning, loss functions, regularization, feature selection, regression, classification, cross-validation, bagging, kernel methods, sampling, and probability distributions.
- Practical experience in prototyping and developing data mining solutions using statistical software packages such as R and H2O.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex analytical results to both scientific and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to present deep analytical insights in a clear and actionable manner, resonating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with modern data science tools and techniques, continuously staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Developing large-scale B2C systems and modules.
- Developing prototypes for various new business use cases.
T-
aking end-to-end ownership of business use cases, including defining, proof of concept (POC), development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Building machine learning models for predictions, image processing, natural language processing (NLP), and other related areas.
- Building large-scale systems for video, audio, image, and text analysis AI systems.
- Implementing and experimenting with different features and architectures for deep learning models for NLP.
