Full job description

Job Title: Duck Creek Project Manager

Location: Delhi NCR

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 12+ years

Role;

The role involves managing software implementation and support projects related to Duck Creek applications in the insurance technology domain.

Responsibilities

Manage software implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
Work on Duck Creek applications such as Policy, Billing, Claims, and Author.
Prepare project plans, timelines, schedules, and delivery documents.
Coordinate with business, technical, testing, and project teams.
Track project progress, risks, issues, and action items.
Share regular project updates with relevant teams.
Monitor project milestones and support timely delivery.
Maintain project documentation and reports.
Support process improvement activities.
Ensure project work follows internal delivery standards.

Requirements

12+ years of overall professional experience.
9+ years of project management experience in IT or insurance technology projects.
5+ years of experience managing Duck Creek projects.
Experience with Duck Creek Policy, Billing, Claims, or Author modules.
Experience in Property and Casualty insurance projects.
Knowledge of Agile project management practices.
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and planning skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience preparing project reports and status updates.

Preferred Skills

PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
Knowledge of Waterfall or hybrid project management methods.
Experience using project management tools.
Ability to coordinate with teams across different locations.

Pay: ₹3,200,000.00 - ₹3,400,000.00 per year
