Job Title: Tamil Voice Process Associate

Location: Chennai

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Summary

Bajaj Finance is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the Tamil Voice Process team. The role involves interacting with customers over phone calls, assisting them with loan-related services, payment reminders, and resolving customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers regarding loan, EMI, and payment-related follow-ups.
Remind customers about due payments and assist them with repayment options.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update system details.
Achieve daily calling targets and performance metrics.
Ensure high-quality customer service and professional communication.

Eligibility Criteria

Any Graduate (Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply).
Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
Basic English communication skills preferred.
Good customer handling and convincing skills.
Willingness to work in a voice process environment.
