About the Role:
The Manager - HRBP is responsible to plan and execute on the company’s people practices strategy pertaining to Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Policy administration, and other Individual Development Plans. Through a combination of internal and external interventions, the head is expected to help Sigachi become an “Employer of Choice”. The role reports to the SVP – HR and is based in the corporate office at Hyderabad.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Performance Management System for the company

Partner in Talent Management process, Succession Planning & Organization Design initiatives

Plan & deliver learning programs across hierarchy in the company

Implement Leadership Development Program (LDP), Manager Development Program (MDP), Associate Development Program (ADP)

Liaise with recruitment team for administering appropriate inventory when hiring senior leaders.

Develop & manage the employee orientation & induction program

Conceptualize, implement employee communication programs

Lead Employee engagement programs

Lead Employee branding initiatives
Job Specification:
-
Hands on experience in planning & executing learning programs for front line workers, Supervisors, Middle Managers, Top Management

Proven expertise on diagnostic tools, psychometric evaluations, competency framework, behavioral inventory

Prior experience in leading TNI & TNA activities

Experience in managing end to end Performance Management System (PMS), including communication, implementation & traction

Knowledge about Talent management (Performance – Potential mapping) is added advantage
Pre-requisites:
1. 10 – 15 years overall work experience, with at least 5 – 7 years in OD, L&D and Talent Management roles
2. Graduate in any stream; MBA preferred.
3. Certifications in Organization Psychology is a good to have
4. Immaculate in English, Hindi, Telugu
5. Proficient in MS Office Suite – minimum intermediary level in Excel, PowerPoint & Word
6. Tech savvy – proven ability to use tech platforms to make impactful contributions
7. High energy, ability to energize, creative & learning mindset.
