- Young Graduate Program Overview
- We are looking for enthusiastic graduates to join as Assistant Production Engineers. They will receive cross-functional training and be placed on a fast-track development path to become Senior Machine Engineers in short span of time. This role is designed for freshers who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in plastics and polymer engineering to real-world manufacturing operations. The position offers hands-on training in extrusion machinery, production processes, and quality standards in PVC pipe manufacturing.Key Responsibilities
●Assist in machine operation and monitoring under the guidance of senior engineers. ● Learn and support extrusion line setup, calibration, and maintenance. ● Maintain daily production and machine performance records. ● Coordinate with the quality team to ensure product compliance. ● Participate in on-the-job training programs for machine handling, troubleshooting, and safety

● Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. ● Fresh graduates (0 – 1 year experience). ● Basic understanding of extrusion processes and plastic materials ● Willingness to work in a manufacturing plant environment ● Basic Computer Skills Skills & Competencies ● Quick learner with adaptability to shop-floor practices. ● Team-oriented and eager to gain practical exposure. ● Willingness to work across division
