Position: Quality Incharge
Location: Bengaluru – Peenya Industrial Area
Industry: Knits Garment Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for quality assurance across cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing departments.
Establish and implement quality standards as per buyer requirements and company SOPs.
Conduct inline, end-line, and final quality audits.
Monitor DHU (Defects per Hundred Units) and quality performance of production lines.
Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, and Industrial Engineering teams to achieve quality targets.
Train and guide Line QCs, End Checkers, and Quality Auditors.
Prepare and maintain quality reports, audit records, and compliance documentation.
Handle buyer quality audits and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rework, alterations, and customer complaints.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Textile, Apparel, Fashion Technology, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in garment quality, preferably in knits manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, measurements, defects, and quality systems.
Experience handling reputed brands/export buyers is preferred.
Good leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
