This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and work on international engagements while
helping shape a practice focused on actuarial advisory reporting transformation experience analysis and scalable
actuarial delivery models

Role Overview
We are looking for a mid to senior life actuary with experience in reserving financial reporting and actuarial
analysis combined with an interest in consulting and transformation focused work
This role is particularly suited to candidates based in India who have worked on international reporting frameworks
and or supported overseas insurance markets UK Europe US through consulting or global delivery models
You will work across client engagements involving reporting transformation actuarial process improvement
experience studies and assumption setting support contributing to both delivery and practice development

Work across a range of client engagements delivering actuarial and analytical support across reserving
reporting capital and experience analysis
Apply actuarial knowledge across IFRS 17 US GAAP Indian GAAP Solvency II and other regulatory frameworks
depending on client requirements
Analyse actuarial and financial results including reserve movements surplus and capital positions to generate
clear decision oriented insights for client decision making

Support capital and solvency related work including Economic Capital RBC BMA and Solvency II frameworks
as applicable
Support and enhance experience study and assumption setting processes to improve assumptions reporting
and business performance
Contribute to the transformation of actuarial reporting and experience analysis processes including
standardisation automation model enhancements and scalable delivery approaches
Collaborate with data technology and consulting teams to deliver integrated solutions and improve actuarial
processes
Participate in client interactions discussions and presentations building strong working relationships
Support proposal development solution design and practice building initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve methodologies processes controls and delivery models across
engagements
Be open to occasional travel for client engagements in India and internationally as required

Qualifications Experience
KEY DIFFERENTIATOR
Experience working on international reporting frameworks IFRS 17 US GAAP Solvency II and or
experience supporting overseas markets UK Europe US through consulting or offshore delivery
models
4 to 8 years of experience in life actuarial roles within insurance reinsurance consulting or global delivery
environments
Strong experience in life reserving valuation and financial reporting
Experience working on international reporting frameworks IFRS 17 US GAAP Solvency II and or supporting
overseas markets UK Europe US through consulting or offshore delivery models key differentiator
Experience in experience studies assumption setting or experience analysis is preferred
Exposure to capital and solvency frameworks Economic Capital RBC BMA Solvency II is advantageous
Familiarity with actuarial modelling platforms such as Prophet AXIS or equivalent tools
Ability to interpret actuarial results and communicate drivers movements and business implications clearly
Strong interest in consulting transformation process improvement and scalable delivery models
Confident communicator with the ability to operate in client facing environments
Progressing towards actuarial qualification IFoA IAI SoA or equivalent

Prior actuarial consulting advisory or transformation experience
Experience supporting global insurers or reinsurers from India delivery teams

Exposure to peer review model validation or model governance processes
