We are looking for an experienced, persuasive, and highly result-oriented Senior Sales & Marketing Academic Counsellor who has the ability to convert Demo Sessions into Confirmed Enrolments.

This is not a receptionist role, nor a conventional academic counselling position.

This is a high-performance admissions and revenue-generating role.

Your responsibility is to understand the aspirations of students and parents, recommend the most suitable BCIPL program, handle objections confidently, and successfully convert prospective students into enrolled learners.

Your mission is simple:

Convert Every Qualified Demo into an Enrolment.

You will be the final and most important touchpoint before a student joins BCIPL.

Your ability to build trust, counsel effectively, and close admissions will directly influence the institute's growth.

Admissions Counselling

Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions with:

Students
Parents

Understand their:

Recommend the most appropriate BCIPL program.

Demo-to-Enrolment Conversion

Your primary KPI is to maximise:

Demo Attendance
Demo Satisfaction
Admission Conversion Rate

Ensure that every demo attendee receives structured follow-up until a final decision is reached.

Sales & Closing

Convert enquiries into admissions by:

Understanding customer psychology
Building trust
Handling objections
Demonstrating ROI
Explaining career outcomes
Guiding financing and scholarship options
Closing confidently

Product Expertise

Develop in-depth knowledge of all BCIPL programs.

Be capable of explaining:

Parent Counselling

Candidate Profile

We are looking for professionals who possess:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Educational Counselling, Admissions, EdTech Sales, or Professional Learning.
A strong track record of converting enquiries or demos into paid admissions.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Confidence in counselling both students and parents.
A consultative sales approach rather than aggressive selling.
Familiarity with career-oriented education and skill development programs.
