Role Overview

SkillDzire Technologies (Hyderabad) is looking for a proactive, highly organized, and articulate Executive Assistant Intern to work directly with the Managing Director (MD) in a 100% Remote capacity. In this role, you will serve as a vital virtual communication bridge between the MD's office, internal operational departments, sales teams, and external academic stakeholders (colleges and universities across India). This high-visibility remote opportunity offers deep exposure to strategic operations, executive decision-making, and organizational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

· Remote Operations & Team Follow-ups: Virtually track, follow up on, and consolidate updates on pending, ongoing, and future projects across internal teams, presenting regular status reports to the MD.

· Academic & Institutional Coordination: Maintain active communication regarding university tie-ups, college partnership updates, MOOCs, and student program implementations.

· Sales & Activity Tracking: Follow up remotely on institutional sales activities, monitor pipeline progress as directed by the MD, and ensure sales team alignment with executive targets.

· Executive Communication & Correspondence: Draft, review, and dispatch formal emails, notices, and updates on behalf of the MD office to internal teams and external partners.

· Virtual Meeting & Schedule Management: Organize virtual meetings (Zoom/Google Meet), prepare agenda notes, record actionable minutes of meetings (MOM), and assist with MD calendar priorities.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, or related fields (Freshers/Final year students welcome).

· Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.

· Remote Work Setup: Must have a reliable laptop, high-speed internet connection, and quiet work environment.

· Organization & Follow-Up Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks remotely, follow up aggressively on deadlines, and keep projects moving forward.

· Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams).
