Job Description

Growth Marketing Strategist — Health & Wellness Brand

Sattvix Medical Group is an integrative geriatric primary care practice based in Monterey, California, serving adults 65+. We combine conventional geriatric medicine with evidence-based integrative approaches, including functional aging, Ayurvedic principles, hormone health, and chronic disease management.

We are building Sattvix into a recognized healthy-aging brand encompassing group medical visit programs, retreats, concierge care, educational content, and a national training platform.

We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Strategist who can build and manage the marketing engine behind the brand.

This is not simply a social media management or content-posting position. We need someone who understands how to turn content into a complete customer journey: authority building → lead generation → email nurturing → conversion → enrollment/booking.

You will be expected to independently develop marketing strategy, recommend what should be done and why, and then execute or oversee implementation with minimal day-to-day supervision. The founder will provide overall direction and approve strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Develop quarterly growth and marketing strategies with measurable objectives.
Position the founder as an authority in integrative geriatric care and healthy aging.
Develop value ladders and conversion pathways for group medical visits, concierge services, retreats, and future programs.
Build lead magnets, landing pages, funnels, and email nurture sequences in Kajabi.
Write persuasive direct-response and conversion-focused copy.
Direct content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, newsletters, and Google Business Profile.
Produce or oversee video editing, publishing, social posting, and newsletter distribution.
Ensure content leads toward a meaningful next action rather than generating engagement alone.
Track funnel performance, including views, opt-ins, email engagement, bookings, and conversions.
Use performance data to continually improve campaigns and funnels.
Research potential referral partners and maintain the referral pipeline in Zoho CRM.
Prepare referral call sheets and coordinate meetings for the founder.
Maintain appropriate healthcare-marketing compliance, including avoiding misleading health claims and inappropriate use of PHI.

Who We're Looking For

5+ years of marketing experience, including demonstrable funnel and direct-response marketing work.
Strong direct-response copywriting skills.
Experience with Kajabi or a comparable funnel/email marketing platform.
Experience with CRM systems; Zoho experience is a plus.
Health, wellness, coaching, education, or personal-brand marketing experience preferred.
Ability to independently develop a strategy and explain the reasoning behind it.
Comfortable taking ownership of results with minimal supervision.
Understanding of healthcare marketing compliance, or willingness to learn it.

Position Details

Hours: 20–25 hours/week
Location: Fully remote — candidates from Pakistan, India, Nigeria, and similar locations are welcome.
Employment: Part-time contract (1099)
Initial Period: 90-day paid trial, including building and launching one funnel
Potential: Opportunity to expand hours based on performance
Start: Immediate
Tools: Kajabi, Zoho CRM, Spruce Health, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
