Job Description
As a Project Executive / Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for the start to end project execution as per drawings with quality & within time. You will visit project sites daily and share DPR with all stakeholders. You will create weekly schedule and align vendors for resource allocation.

Required Qualifications:
Prepare detailed project schedules and execution plans.
Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
Share Daily Progress Reports (DPR) with photographs and status updates.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, contractors and internal teams on a daily basis.
Arrange required materials at site as per project schedule.
Monitor material requirements, deliveries and consumption.
Ensure project execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
Identify project bottlenecks and drive timely resolution.
Monitor manpower deployment and site productivity.
Maintain project trackers, schedules and documentation.
Ensure quality monitoring as per company standards and specifications.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants and PMCs.
Ensure project completion within committed timelines and quality standards.
Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Designing.
1+ years of work experience with Interior Fit-out.
Experience in interior project execution is a plus.
People with Site Execution experience in Premium projects, Hotel projects, Luxury studios are preferred.
Eye for quality is a must.
Should be able to read and plan work from the schedule. Excellent communication skills - English (Written & Verbal)
Willing to undertake extensive field and site visits.
Self Motivated, confident and hardworking.
Personal 2 wheeler/ 4 wheeler and a valid license for site travel.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Strong network and relationships with contractors, vendors, and consultants in the city applied for.
Previous experience in Modular furniture Industry or Interior Construction industry.
Reporting
Directly reporting to Managing Partner / Project Head
Performance Metrics:
*Project Timelines & Execution Targets*
*Timeline Adherence*: Percentage of site milestones and final handovers met as per schedule.
*Daily Reporting*: 100% consistency in sharing DPRs with photos and location details daily.
*Quality & Adherence Metrics*
*Quality Control*: Minimization of rework and adherence to technical drawings and standards.
*Process Adherence*: Proper upkeep of records for all site and vendor alignment work.
*Issue Resolution Rate*: Speed and efficiency in identifying and de-bottlenecking field layout issues.
*Stakeholder & Satisfaction Metrics*
*Customer Overall CSAT Score*: Client satisfaction ratings post-project delivery. *Vendor Management*: Efficient alignment and resource utilization of subcontractors on site.
Salary Range
Rs. 22,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month based on the previous inhand salary and experience
