BILLING EXECUTIVE (OPERATIONS)

Company: RK Tours Thane Pvt Ltd

Location: Vasant Vihar, Thane (Work from Office)

Salary:

₹16,000 per month during the initial 1-month probation period.
Performance-based salary revision up to ₹22,000 after probation based on accuracy, timeliness, work ethic, and ability to independently handle responsibilities.

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Weekly Off – Preferably not on Sunday)

ABOUT THE ROLE

RK Tours Thane Pvt Ltd is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing Executive (Operations) to manage billing, customer bookings, payment collections, and backend operational activities using the IndeCab software.

This is a key operational role requiring accuracy, accountability, and the ability to handle multiple administrative and billing functions efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Billing & Accounts

Generate GST and Non-GST invoices using the IndeCab software.
Verify trip details before generating invoices.
Record customer receipts and payment entries.
Track outstanding invoices and follow up with clients for payment collections.
Reconcile collections with invoices and bank credits.
Coordinate with the Management and Chartered Accountant for billing and accounting-related work.
Maintain billing registers, vouchers, invoices, and financial documentation.

Booking & Operations

Enter and manage customer bookings in the IndeCab software.
Update trip details and booking records accurately.
Allocate bookings and vehicles as instructed by management.
Coordinate with drivers regarding trip details whenever required.
Ensure all bookings, billing, and trip records are updated accurately.

Back Office Administration

Maintain daily operational records and documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Handle customer enquiries regarding bookings, invoices, and payments.
Maintain organized digital and physical records.
Assist with administrative work and other backend office responsibilities as assigned.
Support other business operations of the company whenever required.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Basic accounting knowledge.
Good computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
Basic MS Excel knowledge.
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and organized.
Ability to multitask and work independently.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

B.Com or Commerce background preferred.
Experience in billing, invoicing, collections, Tally, IndeCab, ERP, CRM, or similar business software will be an added advantage.

GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

Learn transport operations and billing through the IndeCab software.
Gain practical exposure to billing, collections, customer operations, and backend business management.
Work closely with the Management and Chartered Accountant.
