Born in 2014, Yoti is a digital identity and biometric technology company that makes it safer for people to prove who they are. The Yoti app was designed with privacy at its core, giving people a secure way to prove their identity and share third-party credentials with organisations and other people.

Today, we have over twenty million app downloads around the world. We’ve expanded our offering to a suite of business solutions that span identity verification, age verification and estimation, e-signing, AI anti-spoofing technologies and we continue to think of innovative new offerings.

From day one, we’ve been working to fix an outdated identity system. This is not a journey we make on our own but with policy advisors, think tanks, researchers, academics, humanitarian bodies, our users and everyday people. We are committed to solving identity problems through grassroots research and social purpose initiatives.

What will you be doing at Yoti?

Execution of user acquisition app install campaigns for Yoti app.
Execute and optimise acquisition marketing campaigns across multiple mobile channels.
Comprehensive user acquisition reporting, analyse KPIs and ROAS.
Experiment and analyse campaigns, identify ad creative, messaging and audience opportunities.
Understand which creative concepts and messages best resonate with audiences, and identify creative opportunities based on these insights.
Running multiple marketing tests and presenting results to the team with concrete recommendations.
Manage campaign structure and naming conventions to ensure data clarity and consistency.
Manage internal relationships with day-to-day communication and reporting.

Requirements / What are we looking for? (2+ years of experience required)

Knowledge of acquisition tools, mobile ad networks and mobile app install campaigns.
Strong experience in paid digital marketing and media buying.
Extensive knowledge of various mobile marketing channels such as Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok & Snapchat.
Hands-on experience creating and optimising campaigns on multiple channels.
Experience with A/B testing and interpreting results to guide optimisations.
Familiarity in using mobile attribution tools such as Adjust, Appsflyer, Branch or Singular.
Strong analytical skills with Google Sheets, Excel and campaign dashboards.
Detail-oriented with a clear understanding of campaign structure, naming conventions, and reporting best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Interview Process

Stage 1 - Call with a Talent acquisition Team member (30 minutes)

Stage 2 - Call with the Hiring Manager (30 minutes)

Stage 3 - Case Study

Stage 4 - Final call with the Hiring Manager and CMO/Marketing Director (45 mins - 1 hour)
