Norstella is seeking a skilled and dynamic Technical Product Owner with a background in Market Access to join our team. As a Technical Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our innovative internal platforms and solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of these solutions.

Facility Management
- To manage day-to-day facility operations, administration activities, vendor management, workplace safety, office maintenance, and employee support services to ensure smooth business operations.
- Co-working environment: Coordinating with business partners for office maintenance, housekeeping and security
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure, utilities, and equipment.
- Manage seating arrangements, office space utilization, and workplace readiness.
- Monitor office cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Administration Management
- Handle general administration activities and office operations.
- Manage travel bookings, hotel arrangements, courier services, and transport coordination.
- Maintain office records, assets, and inventory management. Assist business needs as needed on the ground.
- Ensure availability of office supplies and consumables.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Identify and manage vendors/service providers.
- Track vendor performance and SLA compliance.
- Process invoices and coordinate payments with finance teams.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and evacuation drills.
Budget & Cost Control
- Optimize operational costs without affecting service quality.
- Track expenses and prepare MIS reports.
Employee Support
- Address employee facility-related concerns promptly.
- Coordination with stakeholders
- Support events, meetings, conferences, and employee engagement activities.
- Facility management and administration expertise
- Vendor management and negotiation skills
- Budgeting and cost control
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (Kannada fluency is essential)
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, Management or related field.
- MBA preferred (optional).
- 8–10 years of experience in facility management and administration.
- Experience in corporate offices, IT parks, or commercial facilities preferred.
