YOUR IMPACT

You will provide first-line support to client service teams, delivering high-quality analysis, insights, and expertise to address their needs.

You will play a critical role in supporting a broad range of client project teams across various practices. You will collaborate with project teams to scope their requirements, clarify objectives, and determine the best delivery approach. You will conduct in-depth research using qualified proprietary and external databases, perform standard analyses, and package your insights into client-ready formats like documents, databases, models, and charts.

Beyond direct client projects, you will support the development and codification of our knowledge assets, such as detailed documents, knowledge nuggets, and qualification packs. You will also contribute to the creation of Letters of Proposal and client development materials. Your advisory responsibilities will include guiding clients on global technology trends in areas like technology finance, sourcing, tech and AI talent, and AI adoption across industries. Additionally, you will support IT Services-focused client work, covering cost optimization, margin and productivity improvement, delivery model redesign, and technology-enabled operating model transformation.

An essential part of your work will involve conducting operational diagnostics for IT Services businesses and technology delivery organizations. You will analyze utilization, billability, pyramid mix, span and layer, onsite-offshore mix, bench levels, attrition, and overall project profitability. You will also help clients identify high-value Generative AI use cases—such as knowledge assistants, coding copilots, and customer operations—shaping their business cases and defining success metrics. Through this, you will identify opportunities for agentic GenAI-led transformation across workflows like application development, testing, incident resolution, service desk, and project management.

You will build business cases by estimating productivity uplift, cost savings, margin expansion, and changes to delivery models. You will also contribute to data readiness for AI solutions by assisting in mapping datasets, defining data ontologies, and exploring data graph models. To be successful, you must maintain current perspectives on agentic and Generative AI models and platform choices, including Azure OpenAI Service, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, and open-weight models. Finally, you will take the initiative to support and coach junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment as you work closely with experienced team members.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

An undergraduate degree in engineering

3+ years of work experience in Digital/IT services, preferable exposure to AI strategy or related topics

Experience or strong interest in IT Services industry topics, including cost optimization, delivery productivity, operating model transformation, and technology talent strategy

Familiarity with IT Services delivery models and service lines, such as application development, application maintenance, testing, infrastructure services, cloud, cybersecurity, data/AI services, service desk

Ability to analyze IT Services business and operating metrics, such as utilization, billability, pyramid mix, bench, attrition, revenue per FTE, cost per FTE, delivery productivity, SLA adherence etc

Proficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; good problem-solving capabilities

Understanding of IT Services market trends, including AI-led productivity shifts, demand-supply dynamics for technology talent, global delivery models, location strategy, vendor consolidation, pricing model evolution, and automation-led disruption

Familiarity with recent technological advancements on GenAI/Agents and adaptability to work in an environment which is enabled by GenAI capabilities for day-to-day work

Familiarity with GenAI and agentic AI use cases in IT Services, such as coding copilots, automated testing, ticket triage, incident resolution, application maintenance automation, knowledge assistants

Ability to create product-focused materials/outputs, which would include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, and interactive dashboards etc.

Data foundations for AI: familiarity with data mapping, data ontologies, and graph-based data representation; ability to work with structured/unstructured data in AI contexts

Understanding of data foundations relevant to IT Services AI transformation, including process taxonomies, ticket data, delivery artifacts, skills taxonomies
