Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to manage day-to-day office operations in our Chartered Accountant firm. The ideal candidate will support administrative tasks, coordinate with clients, and assist in maintaining compliance-related documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage daily office administration activities
Handle calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Follow up with clients for documents related to GST, Income Tax, TDS, etc.
Maintain proper filing of client records (physical and digital)
Assist in basic data entry and compliance tracking
Maintain due date trackers for statutory filings
Support invoice preparation and payment follow-ups
Handle courier, dispatch, and vendor coordination

Key Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email handling
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com, BBA, BSC and any Degree)
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Good attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information
Willingness to learn and grow in a CA firm environment
Responsible and punctual.
