Full job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Associate with 1–2 years of experience to manage front desk operations and provide excellent service to visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures
Coordinate with internal teams for appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and documentation
Address basic customer queries and escalate issues when necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
1–2 years of experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
Experience with IDS Software is added advantage

Preferred Skills:

Experience with front desk or visitor management systems
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
