Barista Job DescriptionPosition Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, attentive to detail, and able to thrive in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
Replenish supplies, ingredients, and inventory as needed.
Assist customers with menu selections and answer questions about products.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally.
Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Barista, Cashier, or in a customer service role preferred.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting.
Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.

Preferred Qualifications

Barista training or coffee certification.
Experience operating espresso machines and grinders.
Knowledge of specialty coffee, latte art, and brewing techniques.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
