Godwin Digital Solutions is a fast-growing 360° Digital Marketing Agency based in Kolkata, specializing in Website Development, SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Online Reputation Management (ORM), Branding, and Digital Strategy. We work with clients across healthcare, hospitality, education, real estate, and various other industries, helping them build a strong digital presence and achieve measurable business growth.

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a flair for content creation, and hands-on experience in managing social media platforms and coordinating with creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Manage and oversee clients' social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Develop and maintain monthly social media content calendars aligned with client objectives and marketing campaigns.
Schedule and publish posts using Meta Business Suite and other social media management tools.
Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages where required, and ensure timely updates across platforms.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Content Planning & Coordination

Create monthly content strategies based on client goals, seasonal campaigns, and industry trends.
Write engaging captions and suggest creative content ideas for static creatives, carousel posts, reels, and stories.
Coordinate with the Graphic Design and Video Editing teams to ensure timely creation and delivery of creatives.
Prepare detailed creative briefs with content direction, references, and publishing schedules.
Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.

Performance Monitoring

Track key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and lead generation.
Prepare monthly social media performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Suggest improvements based on analytics and campaign performance.

Meta Ads Support

Possess a basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign objectives.
Assist the Performance Marketing team in creating, monitoring, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns.
Coordinate creative requirements for paid campaigns.

Client Coordination

Interact professionally with clients to understand their business objectives and content requirements.
Participate in content planning meetings and present ideas confidently.
Ensure timely execution of deliverables and maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency will be considered a strong advantage.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong creative thinking and copywriting abilities.
Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn algorithms
Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting
Basic knowledge of Canva is an added advantage
Basic understanding of hashtags, content strategy, and audience engagement techniques
Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms will be an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong command over English and Bengali
Creative, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and execution abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple deadlines.
Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
