Position: Relationship Manager – Wealth Management

About the Role

Tata Capital is looking for a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager – Wealth Management to manage and grow relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial products, investment advisory, and business development while delivering exceptional customer service and portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and manage High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients.
Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable investment solutions.
Advise clients on Equities, Mutual Funds, Debt Products, Structured Products, Real Estate Funds, and other investment products.
Build long-term relationships through excellent customer service and regular portfolio reviews.
Cross-sell financial products to existing clients and increase wallet share.
Generate referrals and acquire new clients through networking and business development.
Conduct client meetings, investment presentations, and acquisition events.
Work closely with internal research, investment, and compliance teams.
Monitor portfolio performance and provide strategic investment recommendations.
Stay updated on financial markets, industry trends, and regulatory developments.

Required Skills & Experience

3–6 years of experience in Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services.
Experience managing HNI/UHNI client portfolios.
Strong knowledge of:
Equities
Mutual Funds
Debt Products
Structured Products
Real Estate Investment Products
Excellent relationship management and client acquisition skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.

Preferred Experience

Experience in acquiring B2B/B2C clients.
Proven track record in portfolio growth and revenue generation.
Strong understanding of financial planning and investment advisory.
