Job Description: HR Executive / HR Manager – Recruitment

The HR Executive/Manager will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment operations for clients. The role involves talent sourcing, screening, onboarding support, client coordination, and ensuring delivery of high-quality recruitment solutions within defined timelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles
Understand client hiring requirements and develop role-specific job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, professional networks, social media, headhunting, and internal database.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary phone or video interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
Maintain talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume mandates.

Client Management

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client business, culture, job requirements, and hiring priorities.
Share regular recruitment status updates, reports, and performance metrics.
Ensure high service standards and client satisfaction.

Candidate Engagement

Conduct candidate briefings regarding job expectations, interview preparation, and company background.
Maintain relationships with shortlisted candidates and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support in offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and joining confirmation.

HR Documentation & Reporting

Maintain an updated recruitment database and MIS reporting.
Track hiring progress, talent availability, conversion ratios, and closure timelines.
Ensure adherence to recruitment process standards and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of recruitment processes specific to Hospitality or Real Estate sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in sourcing & screening methods, including LinkedIn, job portals, and networking.
Ability to manage multiple clients and roles simultaneously.
Strong execution focus with the ability to deliver within deadlines.
Good negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–8 years of experience in recruitment.
Experience working in a recruitment agency or consulting firm is preferred.

Work Environment

Office-based or hybrid depending on business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
