Job Title: Sales & Implementation Representative
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Junior Sales & Implementation Representative to drive sales and customer onboarding for our SaaS-based Clinic Management System in Kolkata. The role involves identifying new customers, demonstrating the software, closing sales, and ensuring successful implementation and training at clinics.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare software sales, or selling products/services to clinics, doctors, diagnostic centres, or pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities
Sales
Promote and sell the company's Clinic Management SaaS solution to clinics, medical practitioners, diagnostic centres, and healthcare establishments.
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of digitizing clinic operations.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinic owners, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM regularly.
Implementation & Customer Onboarding
Coordinate the implementation and onboarding of new customers.
Configure the software and assist customers during the initial setup.
Train clinic staff and doctors on using the Clinic Management System.
Provide basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the technical support team for issue resolution.
Conduct follow-up visits to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase.
Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for upselling or referrals.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Reporting
Submit daily field activity reports and weekly sales updates.
Track implementation progress and customer feedback.
Share market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer insights with the management team.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Medical Sales, Pharmaceutical Sales, Healthcare Product Sales, Pharmacy Sales, Medical Devices, or Healthcare SaaS Sales.
Experience in selling to clinics, doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centres, or pharmacies will be preferred.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills and relevant internship experience may also be considered.
Comfortable with field travel across Kolkata.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/mobile applications.

Required Skills
Strong communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
Good presentation and product demonstration skills.
Target-driven with strong negotiation abilities.
Quick learner with an interest in healthcare technology.

Pay: ₹8,954.84 - ₹20,000.00 per month
