Job Title: General Manager – Sales (Real Estate)
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Project Location: Kumarhatti, Solan (Himachal Pradesh) – Residential Project
Experience Required: 10+ Years (Real Estate Sales)
Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience)
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented General Manager – Sales to lead the sales function for our premium residential project located in Kumarhatti, Solan (Himachal Pradesh). The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in real estate sales, team leadership, business development, and client relationship management, with a proven track record of successfully selling residential projects.

The candidate must have experience managing national and international clients, driving high-value sales, developing channel partnerships, and leading sales teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and inventory sales targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
Drive sales for the residential project at Kumarhatti, Solan through direct sales, channel partners, and corporate alliances.
Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients, investors, and high-net-worth individuals.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base in domestic and international markets.
Conduct client presentations, property showcases, and project site visits.
Establish and strengthen relationships with channel partners, brokers, and referral networks.
Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey, from inquiry to possession.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, promotional activities, and lead generation strategies.
Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines, company policies, and legal documentation requirements.
Represent the company at property exhibitions, investor meetings, networking events, and industry forums.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven success in selling premium residential projects.
Experience handling national and international clients, NRI customers, and high-value property transactions.
Strong understanding of luxury real estate sales, market dynamics, and investment opportunities.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
Willingness to travel between Mohali and the project site in Kumarhatti, Solan, as well as for client meetings and business development.

Preferred Skills

Expertise in luxury residential real estate sales.
Strong network of channel partners, brokers, investors, and corporate clients.
Experience in NRI and international real estate sales.
Ability to lead large sales teams and consistently exceed revenue targets.
Strong business development and market expansion capabilities.
Knowledge of RERA regulations, real estate documentation, and property registration processes.
