About Us

We're a growing, family-run e-commerce business behind two brands — GoodFoodDelivered (nuts, dried fruit and snacks) and Candy Delivered (pick'n'mix and retro sweets). We sell direct-to-consumer through our own Shopify stores and across Amazon, eBay and Temu, and we use the latest AI tools to produce and scale content far faster than businesses many times our size.

The Role

We're seeking a modern, AI-native Influencer Marketing & Content Editor to take full ownership of our user-generated content (UGC) operation. Working across both brands, you'll source and manage influencers and creators to produce a consistent stream of authentic, high-performing content, then edit and design it into polished, platform-ready social and ad assets. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who understands short-form content, follows platform trends closely, and is excited to use AI to increase both the quality and volume of output.

Key Responsibilities

Source, brief and manage influencers and UGC creators to produce authentic, on-trend content featuring our products.
Build and manage a high-volume content pipeline across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
Edit video and design graphics to a professional standard, turning raw UGC into polished, platform-native social and ad creative.
Use AI creative tools — including Higgsfield AI, Claude and Claude Code — to generate, edit and scale video, image and copy content efficiently.
Produce multiple creative variations for testing, including hooks, cutdowns and alternative edits.
Monitor platform trends — sounds, formats and hooks — to keep both brands current and native to each channel.
Review performance data and refine content based on what works.

Essential Requirements

Proven UGC content experience within e-commerce.
Strong video editing skills, with experience using VEED (and tools such as CapCut, Premiere or similar).
Strong graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Photoshop or similar).
Hands-on experience sourcing and managing influencers and UGC creators.
Experience with AI content tools, ideally Higgsfield AI, Claude and Claude Code, or the ability to learn them quickly.
A strong understanding of platform trends across TikTok and Instagram, a sharp creative eye and solid copywriting skills.
A high-output, test-and-learn approach to content production.

Desirable

Working knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, eBay or Temu.
Awareness of UK HFSS advertising rules for food products.
