Hiring: Business Analyst (4+ Years Experience)

Position: Business Analyst
Experience: 4+ Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience in gathering business requirements, managing stakeholders, and working closely with development teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with MERN Stack, MEAN Stack, and AI-based projects, enabling them to effectively bridge business needs with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Work closely with clients, product owners, developers, and QA teams.
Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
Coordinate with MERN/MEAN development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Analyze and define requirements for AI/ML-based applications.
Conduct requirement validation, gap analysis, and impact assessments.
Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT.

Required Skills:

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong understanding of MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Good knowledge of MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).
Experience working on AI/ML or Generative AI projects.
Excellent documentation skills (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Wireframes).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar collaboration tools is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
Experience in SaaS, enterprise applications, or digital transformation projects is an advantage.
