Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented IT Sales Executive to join our remote sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting suitable IT solutions, generating qualified leads, and converting them into long-term customers.
This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in interacting with clients, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Research prospective clients using LinkedIn, Google, company websites, and other online platforms.
- Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT services.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and close business deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM or company reporting systems.
- Submit daily sales activity reports and weekly performance updates.
- Meet monthly revenue and lead generation targets.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Experience in IT service sales.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Applications, or related field.
- Candidates from any stream with strong sales experience are encouraged to apply.
Work Schedule
- Remote (Work From Home)
- Monday to Saturday
- Flexible working hours based on business requirements.
