We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Marketer who can manage multiple client accounts, create engaging content, understand social media trends, and help brands grow their online presence.

About the Role

As a Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing social media content for Bytez Corp and its client brands.

You will work closely with our creative, design, video, and marketing teams to develop content that increases brand awareness, engagement, followers, enquiries, and overall social media presence.

The ideal candidate should be creative, trend-aware, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple client brands.
Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Create monthly and weekly social media content calendars based on client objectives.
Research trending topics, hashtags, sounds, formats, and content ideas.
Create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, Posts, Carousels, and short-form videos.
Write creative captions, hooks, CTAs, and relevant hashtags.
Coordinate with designers and video editors to develop high-quality social media creatives.
Create basic social media designs using Canva when required.
Plan content around festivals, awareness days, events, promotions, and brand campaigns.
Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions.
Improve engagement and build an active online community for client brands.
Research competitors and identify new content opportunities.
Analyse social media performance using platform insights and analytics.
Track important metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, followers, views, saves, shares, and leads.
Prepare simple weekly/monthly social media performance reports.
Identify underperforming content and suggest improvements.
Stay updated with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithm changes and emerging trends.
Work with the marketing team to align social media content with campaigns and business goals.
Manage multiple client accounts and ensure content is published according to schedule.
Maintain consistency in each client's brand voice, visual identity, and communication style.

Required Skills

Good understanding of Social Media Marketing.
Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook.
Good understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, Carousels, and short-form content.
Ability to identify and adapt to current social media trends.
Good content planning and idea-generation skills.
Strong caption writing and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva and social media creative design.
Understanding of hashtags, audience targeting, engagement, and content optimization.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights.
Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and deadlines.
Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Creative thinking with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Preferred Skills

Experience handling social media accounts for multiple brands or clients.
Experience in a digital marketing or branding agency.
Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite.
Basic knowledge of Instagram and Facebook advertising.
Experience creating or coordinating Reels and short-form videos.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Google Trends, and social media analytics platforms.
Personal Instagram page, content portfolio, or previous social media work will be an added advantage.
