Full job description

We are looking for a Head of Digital Media & Marketing Strategy to lead the digital growth and brand communication of a premium fashion house.

This is a senior, hands-on role for a highly creative and commercially driven individual who understands fashion, luxury branding, social media, digital marketing, content, and consumer behaviour.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the brand’s overall digital strategy — from building a strong social presence and creating compelling content to driving website traffic, customer acquisition, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead the overall digital marketing and social media strategy for the fashion house.
Build a distinctive and aspirational digital brand identity across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and other relevant platforms.
Develop innovative content strategies, campaigns and storytelling concepts that showcase the brand’s collections, craftsmanship and lifestyle.
Lead the planning of fashion shoots, campaigns, reels, videos, editorial content and digital launches.
Work closely with the creative, design, photography, videography and styling teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
Develop and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms.
Drive e-commerce growth, customer acquisition, conversion and repeat purchases.
Analyse digital performance, customer behaviour and campaign ROI and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Develop influencer, celebrity, creator and brand-collaboration strategies.
Identify emerging digital trends, formats and platforms relevant to luxury and fashion audiences.
Create a strong content calendar and campaign calendar aligned with collections, festive periods, weddings and key fashion moments.
Work closely with the leadership team to develop seasonal marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
Manage external agencies, freelancers, influencers and production partners where required.
Track KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, leads, conversions, ROAS and revenue contribution.

Who We’re Looking For

6–10+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, brand marketing or fashion marketing.
Experience working with a fashion, luxury, beauty, lifestyle or premium consumer brand is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Meta Ads, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads and e-commerce marketing.
Excellent understanding of fashion content, visual storytelling and luxury brand positioning.
Strong creative instincts combined with a commercial and data-driven mindset.
Ability to turn a brand vision into campaigns that generate both desirability and sales.
Strong leadership, communication and project-management skills.
Experience managing creative teams and external partners
