Full job description

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant & Executive to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of our logistics office.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office administration and maintain office records.
Handle incoming calls, emails, courier, and office correspondence.
Coordinate with Operations, Transport, Warehouse, and Branch teams.
Follow up with drivers, transporters, and branches for Proof of Delivery (POD) and ensure timely submission.
Verify, scan, upload, and maintain POD records in the system.
Prepare and maintain shipment-related documents, invoices, LR (Lorry Receipt), e-Way Bills, and delivery records.
Update shipment status and customer information in the ERP/TMS system.
Maintain daily dispatch, delivery, and vehicle movement reports.
Coordinate with customers regarding shipment status and POD availability.
Support billing by ensuring all required logistics documents are available.
Track pending PODs and coordinate with branches for timely closure.
Maintain transport vendor records and vehicle documentation.
Prepare MIS reports using MS Excel.
Maintain employee attendance, office records, and filing.
Coordinate office supplies, vendor payments, and general administrative activities.
Assist HR, Operations, and Accounts with administrative support.
Ensure all operational documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Requirements

Diploma/Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, or equivalent).
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Experience in a Logistics, Transport, Courier, or Supply Chain company is preferred.
Knowledge of POD management, LR, e-Way Bill, and shipment documentation is an added advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
